Completing its presence in the high-growth Indochina region, APB opened its first brewery in Laos on 12 March 2008. The brewery is the second brewer to be granted a beer investment licence by the Government of Laos.

The 300,000-hectolitre state-of-the-art brewery occupies a 13-hectare site in Xaythany District within Vientiane and is currently brewing Tiger Beer for the Lao consumers.
