Venturing into East Central Asia, APB commissioned the brewery of MCS-Asia Pacific Brewery LLC (MCS-APB) in Mongolia on 19 June 2007. The set-up is a 55-45 joint venture between APB and MCS Holdings LLC. Located in Mongolia's capital city, Ulaanbaatar, the brewery sits on a site of five hectares. Currently equipped with an annual production capacity of 120,000 hectolitres, the brewery produces Tiger for the Mongolian market. A firm believer in brand portfolio management, MCS-APB will gradually enhance its brand offerings to cater to the various segments of the beer market to offer its consumers greater options.
