CHINA

APB operates through its 50%-owned Heineken-APB (Holding) Pte Ltd (HAPBH) in China. HAPBH is a 50-50 joint venture by APB and Asia Pacific Investment Pte Ltd.

Currently, HAPBH has brewery operations in Hainan and Guangzhou. HAPBH also wholly owns its sales and distribution arm, Heineken-APB (Shanghai) Co. Ltd.

HAINAN

In 1994, APB incorporated Hainan Asia Pacific Brewery Company Ltd (HAPCO) to tap the opportunities in Hainan and South China. Opened in 1997, the brewery has been making headway with Anchor beer which is extremely popular with the locals in Hainan. Concurrently, HAPCO also brews and markets local brand Aoke and Tiger beer for the Hainan beer market.

GUANGDONG

To accelerate its advancement in South China, HAPBC, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Guangzhou Asia Pacific Brewery Co. Ltd (GAPB), operates a brewery in the Huangpu District of Guangzhou City, Guangdong.

The brewery brews and markets Tiger, Heineken and Anchor in the Guangdong province.
